The screenplay for “Pizza Kabul” by Thomas Franke has won the Golden Lola, the German Film Award, for the best unproduced screenplay of 2014. Congratulations!
Jürgen Seidler acted as dramaturg for the screenplay. Script House is organising the production of the project. So far, the Iraqi-Swiss director Samir and his production company Dschoint Ventschr Filmproduktion have been secured for the project. Also on board are the actors Benjamin Sadler and Navid Ackhavan for the two leading roles.
